I am the type of traveler that if it’s not better than my home then I would rather stay home. We are here now and I cannot rave enough how much I love this resort. I am a very private person, no crowds, commotion or seeing everyone from your area type of vacationer. If you want beauty, impeccable service and luxury accommodations this is the place for you. Fernando has been great from making sure we were happy with our rooms to making reservations at their wonderful restaurants. If you want it all this is the place to be!

Best resort hotel we have ever been to hands down. Greeting- they practically fall all over you when you arrive (I know this is typical for Four Seasons but they really do it right). Teak wood in all common areas is gorgeous. Staff kind and accommodating— they were all professional, kind, and really top in their field. Rooms very comfortable and spacious. Adult pool area and beach were spectacular (note- softer chairs at the beach would be nice ;) Food was expensive- but you are on Lanai and at the Four Seasons so I didn’t expect any different. Just be prepared. And food was all worth it :). We ate at Nobu twice and the staff and food was all beyond amazing. Breakfast at Mozza was spectacular as well. The golf course was the best we have ever played. Challenging with spectacular views. We will definitely be back!!!

We heard that Lanai was a little piece of heaven and now we know. Four seasons lives up to the expectations here in Lanai. We enjoyed every part of the resort including dining, pools, beach and golf. The golf course blows most others away. Seemed expensive for a round of golf until we got out there and realized how truly spectacular it really is. The staff goes above and beyond to make it feel like Fantasy Island even the plane is included

完美的酒店，落日帆船活動很美，球場非常漂亮

一般，東西太難吃了，nobu和one forty都不好吃 nobu服務很不好，我説菜太咸了，他們沒有任何彌補措施。one forty口味更是災難，不過服務好很多。
酒店服務一般般，響應很慢，叫個服務老半天。可能因為人多吧。還有我寫紙條留言説要漱口水，她們給我拿的牙刷……白紙黑字都看不懂？
還有這個歡迎信，人家的星級酒店都是手寫的，他們這個歡迎信打印的，太沒有誠意了。?美國的酒店服務真的跟國內和東京不能比。不過酒店的沙灘很美就是了。
有一點好的就是洗衣服免費，不限件數，我就把在大島和歐胡島穿的衣服全洗了。

非常好的酒店，服務很好，下飛機開始有人管（這次接機的人沒有提前到，導致因為客運大樓和1/2門的原因等了一小時，但瑕不掩瑜），直接送去拉奈島的小型飛機，接機flora很好，去過北京，很善談，幫忙升級到海景，而且給了一些很好的建議。酒店內部有多個餐廳，其中NOBU一定要去吃一次，確實很不錯，難怪號稱荷里活的食堂。其他幾家也不錯，高爾夫的就挺好。房間可以欣賞大海，海浪很溫柔。

5 star resort. Deserves every star.
One of the most beautiful properties with mature, manicured gardens. The food was excellent but the best part was the service. Nicest people around. Nice hiking, spectacular golf, fitness room was great.
